Be a rainbow in someone's cloud

I participated in this blog party at the good friend Taylor's blog, Perfectly Sensible Nonsense.
In this, you leave inspirational notes in random places for people to find!
What did I do?
Well, I wrote a simple word, 'smile,' on the back of a chair at school. And I wrote "you are worth it," inside of my Scarlet Letter book, which I will be handing back in soon.
Hopefully someone finds them!

This was a really genuine and awesome blog party, and I applaud Taylor Lynn for doing such an awesome thing.
Like the title of this post, you should always try and brighten someone's day. They can be having the worst day ever, but maybe a simple smile or hello might make them feel better.
I always try and make people smile. It makes me happy, too.

I haven't posted since the 11th.. wow. I just haven't had anything to post about lately. This is a very bad case of Blogger's Block I've got going on, and I've had it for a while.
Hopefully Christmas and the New Year will change that.
I am planning for a review of Dark Inside by Jeyn Roberts tomorrow or Monday, so look out for that!
Then of course there will be some Christmas posts and etc soon.

How are you guys doing? The blogosphere has been really quiet lately. I only got 3 comments on my last post, are any of you guys still there?
Why have 126 followers if I never get any comments? It makes me sad.
(But, thank you so much to those followers who comment regularly! You guys are awesome!)
I try to comment as often as possible, but sometimes it's hard to keep up with the over 100 blogs I'm following.
I spent over an hour today making a vlog. I published it in a post and everything, then later decided to take it down. What a waste of my time.

Life is good right now, for the most part. It feels great to say that. I still have so much homework.. ugh.
Well, hopefully better posts will be coming soon!

I always try to give compliments at school everyday. Not only does it make me feel better, but I hope that it brightens someone's day. I also try to smile at people and say hello and ask how they're doing. That sounds like an awesome challenge by the way!

I think the blogosphere just kind of goes through phases...there'll be some days when I get only a few comments, and then the next post I do will get a ton. :) Strange, but cool!

And thank you so much for participating in my blog party - and posting about it!! It was a fun week, and I'm so glad you enjoyed leaving notes. I love how creative you got with yours! I agree, it's such fun to make people smile.

Sorry about the blogger's block...hope you get some inspiration soon!!

And I saw that vlog go up yesterday, but it was private and YouTube wouldn't let me watch it. :/ It looked like it would be good; you should put it up so we can see it! I like the idea of vlogging without talking, just holding up notes.

My two cents: I think a lot of people read blogs (check your stats) but they don't always comment bc a) everything has been said by other commenters b) they are on their phone and word verification is annoying on phones or c) they don't have anything to add to what you said.

Also: I heard an idea about buying a book you love and writing on the inside cover why you love it and leaving it somewhere random. I am so doing this.

it sure has been quiet ... folks are busy with school and holidays and what not. I hope things calm down soon, at least for me! So glad you joined in with Taylor - I have too (and have yet to post about it) - it was a lot of fun!
