Happy Birthday Jesus!

Today is a very special day....

Today, my dear friends, is Jesus Christ's birthday. Christmas. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS! I LOVE YOU!

I think people sometimes forget what this holiday is really about. Yes, it's fun to open gifts, eat cookies, give gifts, shop, decorate trees, get together with family, etc.

But really, this holiday is about Him.
It's about being thankful for what we have and being thankful for those people that we love. It's a holiday for giving and making other people smile. It's about being together. It's about thanking Jesus for always being there for us and loving us unconditionally.

The color green on Christmas is a symbol of life and thriving. It stands for the eternal life of Christ.
And red stands for His blood on the cross.
Not for Christmas trees and ribbons.

I hope you all have a wonderful day and I hope Santa was good to you all and brought you everything you asked for. I got everything I asked for, considering I didn't ask for much. I even got something I didn't ask for, but really wanted. So, I'm pretty happy.
I think I'm going to buy an iPhone with my Christmas money too, so now I'm even happier!

Well, have a great Christmas everyone, I love you. Thanks for being such amazing followers. I am so grateful for you all.
Merry Christmas, and Happy Birthday Jesus Christ.

Actually did you know that the green represents male, and the red represents female? Together they represent reproduction. Just a thought ;D

Yeah, sometimes the meaning of the holiday does get lost in the shuffle. To me, the gifts are fantastic, but getting together with my family - "being thankful for what we have and being thankful for those people that we love. It's a holiday for giving and making other people smile. It's about being together" - is the true meaning. And being with my family is the best part of the holiday!!

It sounds like you had a good holiday - Merry Christmas, and enjoy that iPhone!! ;)

Hugs!
